Israel: UN commission of inquiry has confirmed that Israel committed the genocide during Gaza strikes to revenge Hamas.
It’s been so long people waiting for what have been done by Israel in Gaza will be called. The countries like South Africa had at the times accused Israel to be doing the genocide against the civilians in Gaza, and other political analysts world wide at the different times , they liked to mention that the capacity of forces Israel is using in Gaza is too much and beyond.
The UN’s independent commission of inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territories including the Eastern Jerusalem , in their report , they have confirmed that Israel military operations in Gaza had also included the genocide acts.
The Commission has been investigating the events on and since 7 October 2023 to 31 July 2025 atleast two years, and concluded that Israeli authorities and Israeli security forces committed four of the five genocidal acts defined by the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, namely killing, causing serious bodily or mental harm, deliberately inflicting some others.
The commission said also that their findings are based on comprehensive examination of the underlying acts of genocide ,(actus reus) and dolus speciall (genocidal intention).
So the commission said, they examined Israel’s forces activities and operations in Gaza, including killing and seriously harming unprecedented numbers of Palestinians; imposing a total siege, including blocking humanitarian aid leading to starvation; systematically destroying the healthcare and education systems in Gaza,committing systematic acts of sexual and gender based violence,directly targeting children,carrying out systematic and widespread attacks on religious and cultural sites ,and disregarding the orders of the International Court of Justice.
The commission said that , the acts of Israel’s political and military leaders , all are over the Israel state’s head, and that the state of Israel has to bear the consequences for it failed to prevent the genocide in Gaza done by its army forces and its failure to punish the perpetrators of genocide against Gaza people.
Rhe commission continued to conclude that, the Israel’s president Isaac Herzog, the prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the defence minister Yoav Gallant , have incited the commission of genocide and that the state’s authorities failed to stop and punish them.
They commission ended by asking , Israel’s state to directly stop the genocide, and asked international audience to go against Israel’s acts in Gaza.
