Rwanda, Breaking sad news: Former FERWAFA, Federation Rwandaise de Football Association, Secretary General Adolphe Kalisa aka Kamarade , the court has decided the thirty (30) provisional days to him in jail.
This Monday, September 29.2025, the primary court of Gasabo has decided that Adolphe Kalisa aka Kamarade must be put in jail 30 days, for his accused crimes are serious ,and that there are strong points for him to be investigated while in jail.
Adolphe Kalisa is being prosecuted to have fabricated fraud papers or to use fraud papers.
The judge had said during trial that, the investigation on him is still going on, and that the crime his being investigated on is sentenced with more than 2 years , so then the suspect must be followed in jail for 30 provisional days.
The prosecutor of Adolphe Kalisa had already asked the court to decide his 30 provisional days in jail, saying there are strong points for him to engage in trial while in jail, and that it is good position for him to not bother investigation. And , the court has listened to the prosecutor’s wish.
