Breaking news: RDB , The Rwanda Development Board has announced that they cancelled license of Inzozi Lotto (Carousel LTD), a lottery company .

Rwanda Development Board, has announced that news in the announcement they released yesterday, on 02 October 2025, The license was about operating the Rwanda’s national lottery, however RDB said , Inzozi Lotto failed to fullfil their duties ,and did not comply with lottery rules and regulations.

The announcement from RDB , saying announcing the cancellation of license of Inzozi Lotto to run the national lottery of Rwanda

The announcement says:” From today , Inzozi Lotto isn’t allowed to run the national lottery.”
