Kenya, Bungoma: A 38 year-old sentence to death for violating a 4 year-old baby girl.
A court in Bungoma County has sentenced a 38-year-old man to life imprisonment after he was found guilty of defiling a four-year-old pupil in December 2024.The pre-sentencing report presented in court had shownn the severe physical, emotional, and psychological trauma suffered by the young victim.
The mother of defiled babygirl, has also said how the violance still haunts her young girl, and that she got the abdominal complications from the animality acts.
Three witnesses positively identified Job Wafula Lukhale after he was found in a thicket with the minor at Myanga village.

Especially the male people, are always asked to be the society protective shield, instead of damaging the females avenir, either the young ones or elder females.
